Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently accept prepaid orders only.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations aren't possible, but our replacement policy applies if there's an issue with the product on arrival.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp.

Where do you deliver?
We ship all over India via India Post and private courier. For addresses within 15 km of Bengaluru, we also offer local delivery via Porter.

How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on orders above ₹999. For orders below that, a flat fee of ₹75 applies.

Are your products vegetarian?
Yes, all our products are 100% vegetarian and vegan, no eggs or dairy.

Do your products contain nuts or allergens?
Many of our products contain groundnuts and sesame. Please check individual product labels for specific ingredient details if you have allergies.

What's the shelf life of your products?
Unopened, our products stay fresh for up to 3 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 1 month for the best taste and freshness.

How should I store the powders/mixes after opening?
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Returns & Replacements

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Write to us at ogarabox@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement. Please note we currently offer replacements only, refunds aren't applicable.
