Where we ship
We currently ship all over India through India Post and trusted private courier partners.
Local delivery (within Bengaluru)
For addresses within 15 km, we also offer same-day/quick delivery via Porter.
Delivery timelines
Orders are typically shipped and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping charges

Orders above ₹999: Free shipping

Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping fee of ₹75
Payment
We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please reach out to us at ogarabox@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with a photo/video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement for the affected item. Please note that we currently offer replacements only, and refunds are not applicable.
